We have updated the aesthetics, modernising the application and its functions.
How it works?
Uptake of the application is invaluable to student conversion. We receive documents directly from our students, reducing the time between registration and conversion from a lead to an applicant.
In addition to uploading documents, applicants can request to add university options via the app, ask to change their course, or directly message their counsellor with any queries.
We're also able to send personalised notifications to individuals or groups of users, for example to request a missing document, offer a partial scholarship, or to remind them of upcoming events and next steps.
Students are notified in real-time when an offer letter is issued, getting an option to accept it within the app. This notifies our counsellors, who then inform the student about the deposit payment to secure their place.
