Since joining the team, Raluca has played a pivotal role in transforming quality control from an internal practice into a standalone department—Quality Control and Student Engagement.
Thanks to her vision and initiative, we now have a specialized team that works hand-in-hand with operations and admissions to monitor, assess, and elevate the quality of our application processes.
