Event Participation Policy
This policy governs participation in any education tour, school fair, or university fair (hereafter referred to as the “Event”) organised by Global Study UK. By registering for an Event, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Event Format & Locations
The Event may include school visits, seminars, or large-scale university fairs, depending on the specific tour or fair you register for. Exhibitors may choose to attend the full series or select individual countries or locations, subject to availability.
For those joining multiple locations, all intra-country flights are organised and provided. Additional logistics, such as accommodation, visa support, and airport transfers, may be included or outlined separately — please get in touch with us for further details.
2. Registration Deadline
3. Deposits & Payment
Full payment must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date, and in any case, no later than one business day before the first day of the Event.
Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of your booking.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 6 weeks or more before the tour start: No cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 4–6 weeks before the tour start: 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the tour start: 100% cancellation fee.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
In the rare event that the organiser cancels the tour, a full refund or credit note will be issued.
5. Insurance & Liability
Exhibitors are responsible for their own travel, health, and business insurance, including coverage for:
Injury or medical emergencies
Theft, loss or damage to property
Loss of earnings or business opportunities
The organiser accepts no liability for injury, theft, damage, or loss incurred during the Event or in transit.
6. Changes to Schedule or Format
All tour details (dates, locations, participating schools, venues, timings) are subject to change. Any such changes will be formally communicated via the registered contact email.
While we aim to maintain a consistent experience across countries, local factors may affect arrangements.
7. Behaviour & Representation
Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and in accordance with local cultural norms and laws. Any misconduct or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Event, without refund.
8. Contracts & Documentation
A detailed set of participation T&Cs is available upon request. Please email exhibitors@globalstudyuk.com for more information.
9. Media & Marketing
By participating in the Event, exhibitors grant permission for photographs and videos to be taken for marketing and promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing prior to the tour start.
10. Force Majeure
The organiser shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions, political unrest, etc.).
