As an Education Agency, we know better than anyone else the power that education holds.
We are firm believers that the key to success is to never stop learning. This is why we invest in the education and development of our teams, because when they level up, so does everything we do! We are always evolving by bringing new skills and ideas to the table, ensuring exceptional outcomes every time.
Learning
Through ongoing professional development, we ensure our counsellors stay updated on the latest trends and news in the Education sector. We facilitate training on counselling techniques, communication and interpersonal skills. Both new and existing counsellors are provided with opportunities to reach their full potential.
Resources
Our counsellors are given the resources to go the extra mile. In our digital manual, they have access to relevant information about education systems, partner institutions, university locations, academic culture and much more. This comprehensive catalogue is uploaded on our online portal, and it's consistently revised and updated.
Training Sessions
In addition to online tools we regularly organise in person training sessions for our teams. University representatives often visit our offices, sharing with us important updates about their institutions. At the same time our counsellors frequently go on familiarisation trips, getting first-hand insights of the student experience on the ground.
UK Agent & Counsellor Training
As of March 2024, 108 members of our team hold the official certification in agent training, awarded by the British Council. This includes 83% of our education counsellors, who are specifically trained in ethically promoting educational opportunities in the UK.
Enhancing Existing Practices
We conduct regular follow-up sessions for both new and existing staff members and support them in arranging online webinars, in-house university training sessions, and familiarisation trips.
We consistently revise our knowledge on the UK education system, the student experience, values and ethics, visa and immigration processes, post-study options and everything in between. Students don’t only receive application support from us, but a true A-Z induction on what to expect in their upcoming academic journey.
