Due to the ongoing regional situation, traveling across the Gulf to meet students in person was not possible. However, rather than pause our efforts, we adapted. By embracing a fully digital format, we were able to bring leading international universities directly into students’ homes, ensuring uninterrupted access to global education opportunities.
25 Leading Universities, One Virtual Platform
Our Study Abroad Virtual Fair brought together 25 prestigious universities from the UK and Canada, creating a diverse and engaging platform for students to explore their options. Each institution offered valuable insights into academic programs, admissions requirements, and campus life, helping students better understand what studying abroad could look like for them.
Strong Student Participation Across the Gulf
The event welcomed more than 200 students from Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and the UAE. High school seniors considering bachelor’s degrees, as well as students exploring postgraduate opportunities, joined the sessions to connect directly with university representatives. The strong turnout highlighted the continued demand for international education across the region.
A New Era of Accessibility and Engagement
By shifting to a virtual format, we not only overcame travel limitations but also expanded access. Students were able to attend sessions, ask questions, and interact with universities in a convenient and flexible environment. The digital experience proved that meaningful connections and high-quality guidance can thrive beyond traditional, in-person events.
Looking Ahead to 2026
This successful event reinforces our commitment to supporting students across the Gulf in achieving their study abroad dreams. As we look toward 2026, we will continue to develop innovative ways to connect students with world-class institutions and empower them to make informed decisions about their futures.
A Collective Effort
We extend our sincere thanks to our partner universities for their collaboration and enthusiasm, as well as to the students and school counsellors whose participation made this event a success. Together, we are building accessible pathways to global education for students across the region.
